Responsibilities

• Perform all tasks related to maintaining the campus grounds safely and efficiently.
• Campus cleanup (litter etc.)
• Mowing
• Tree and shrub care
• Landscape planting
• Landscape construction
• Athletic field maintenance
• Equipment repair
• Snow/ice removal
• Aid maintenance staff and perform landscape duties as directed at any of the 3 College satellite campuses

Requirements

• Associate’s degree or certificate required, along with relevant licenses.
• Minimum of 5 years relevant grounds experience.
• Small equipment repair certification with 3 years relevant licenses or demonstrated ability to perform duties of small equipment repair.
• Welding, JLG, and pesticide license are required.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Ability to perform all operations safely.
• Ability to effectively deal with all levels of the campus community with professionalism.

Qualifications

• PA background check, pre-placement physical, and drug screening are required.

Pay

$27.28 per hour. May qualify for additional hourly compensation based on certifications.

Grounds II - 1st Shift Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
