Grounds Crew Member

Skills and Requirements

• Physically fit and able to move quickly from place to place
• Capable of walking 5-7 miles per day at a brisk walking pace
• Self-motivated and able to demonstrate a sense of urgency
• Capable of following detailed instructions
• Willing to work in varying climatic conditions including rainy, cold, and hot weather
• Punctual and have reliable transportation
• Able to complete a criminal background check

Hours

• Workdays vary from 5:00 am – 5:00 pm
• Full Time Seasonal = 40 hours per week
• Part-Time Seasonal = 15 hours per week
• Seasonal employment period: Mid-March – Thanksgiving
• Work holidays as needed, most holidays pay 8 hours worked
• 1 weekend morning shift (4 hours) per week or every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday mornings)

Compensation

• $16.00-18.00 per hour depending on experience
• Uniform shirts, hat, raingear, work boots, and safety gear provided
• Employee meals are provided when the clubhouse kitchen is open
