Grounds Crew

About the role

At Magnolia, the Grounds Crew is responsible for playing a key part of the overall guest experience by assisting with maintenance and cleanliness of all Magnolia properties. This position works from various locations in and near Waco, Texas. It reports to the Grounds Facilities Manager and has no supervisory responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Jira ticketing system daily to ensure projects and tasks are completed in a timely manner
• Perform daily tasks, including trash pickup, turf maintenance, power washing, leaf blowing and vacuuming, cleaning tables and benches, weed eating, weed control, pest control, etc.
