Grounds and Facility Attendant

About the role

John Newcombe Country Club in New Braunfels, Texas is seeking a motivated part-time Grounds and Facility Attendant to contribute to a positive experience for members and guests while growing their knowledge of golf club operations. As part of Troon / Cliff Drysdale Tennis, you’ll join a global leader in racquet sports, golf, and community management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the facility for guests
• Perform daily court maintenance, including blowing debris from tennis courts
• Pick up trash around the grounds
• Mulch and landscape common areas
• Maintain turf and courts
• Perform gym maintenance
• Paint areas around the facility
• Use basic tools and power tools
• Squeegee windows and court surrounds
• Change lightbulbs and climb ladders
• Take out trash and conduct daily walk-arounds of pool grounds
• Stack and oil equipment
• Identify and report supply needs to supervisor
• Perform other duties as required

Requirements

• Regular and reliable attendance
• Ability to read and speak English (may be required to communicate with English-speaking customers or co-workers and understand equipment manuals)

Pay

$15.00 per hour
