Ground Systems Interface/Integration Engineer
Job Description
Assist the GMN Systems Engineering (SE) Lead and GFCC Product Leads in defining, analyzing, coordinating, and tracking technical solutions supporting the interface and integration of GFCC hardware and software with the GMD NGI.
Function as a primary technical liaison between SE, GFCC product suite, and NGI engineering and project management personnel, and facilitate productive technical interchange between SE, GFCC, and NGI teams.
Support GMN SE in preparation, conduct, and after-action responsibilities for Sprint reviews, program management reviews, system requirements reviews, design reviews, project status reviews, test events, fielding readiness reviews, and operational readiness reviews.
Develop and present technical reports and briefings including support to the Engineering Review Boards (ERB), other Stakeholder coordination, and Operational Capacity List (OCL) approval processes.
Travel as required (estimated 10%).
Required Skills
- Master’s Degree in Engineering or related STEM discipline is required.
- Minimum of 12 years direct experience in missile defense system interface/integration is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is required.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills are required.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is required.
- Active security clearance (SECRET or above) is required.
Desired Skills
- Direct experience in digital engineering/DevSecOps development projects is desired.
Pay
Salary Range: $134,100.00 - $241,400.00
