Ground Systems Fire Control Program Analyst

Job Description

Assist the GFCC Product Manager and GFC Product Lead in setting/managing goals and defining/tracking the contract scope and schedules, collaborate with project stakeholders to implement changes and ensure alignment with project objectives, and gather and analyze GFC project data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.

• Prepare and coordinate inputs to acquisition plans, statements of work, and contract deliverable requirements.
• Aid in the formulation/tracking of budget lines and associated coordination and documentation through the approval processes.
• Collaborate with the contracts and financial teams to establish/track obligations, disbursements, and spend plans.
• Analyze the integrated master schedule to identify critical paths.
• Coordinate with the GFC team to identify, track, and prepare mitigation plans for project risks.
• Serve as a point person for GFCC project leadership in milestone reviews.
• Consolidate technical, schedule, and financial data into executive dashboards.
• Prepare decision briefings, white papers, and answers to taskers and requests for information.
• Coordinate Integrated Product Teams and document meeting outcomes.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 20 years experience, or Master’s degree with a minimum of 12 years experience in program analysis is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is required.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills are required.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is required.
• An active security clearance (SECRET or above) is required.
