We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually the description includes paragraphs about company. We need to use

for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must include only sections with real content. No job title heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate like EEO, etc. Also remove duplicated lines. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the posting. Key info: - Relocation assistance may be available. - Clearance required for start: Yes. Clearance type: SCI. Travel: Yes, 10% of the Time. - Description: company intro repeated twice. We can combine into one paragraph. - Northrop Grumman Space Systems (NGSP) is seeking an experienced Systems Engineer - Level 2 or Level 3 to support a program out of our Dulles, VA or Fairfax, VA offices. - What You'll Get To Do: list of duties. - Additional Duties/responsibilities: more bullet list. - This position requires being onsite and does not support remote or hybrid work. - This position may be filled at a higher job grade based on qualifications. This requisition may be filled as either a Level 2 or Level 3. - Basic Qualifications Level 2: list. - Basic Qualifications Level 3: list. - Preferred Qualifications: list. - Salary ranges: Primary Level Salary Range: $91,800.00 - $137,600.00; Secondary Level Salary Range: $114,000.00 - $171,000.00. Note about salary determination. - Benefits: mention health insurance, life and disability insurance, savings plan, company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business. Also mention overtime, shift differential, discretionary bonus, annual bonuses, long term incentives for VP/Director. - Application period: estimated 20 days, may be shortened/extended. - EEO etc to remove. - U.S. Citizenship required for all positions with a government clearance and certain other restricted positions. This is substantive? It's a requirement. Should we keep? It's not boilerplate? It's a requirement related to clearance. Probably keep as part of Requirements or Qualifications. We need to structure sections. Potential sections: - About the role (company description, location, onsite requirement, travel, relocation assistance, clearance). Could include relocation assistance, clearance, travel. - Responsibilities (What You'll Get To Do + Additional Duties/responsibilities). Combine. - Requirements (Basic Qualifications Level 2 and Level 3? Or Qualifications). Could have Qualifications section with subpoints for Level 2 and Level 3. - Skills (Preferred Qualifications). - Benefits (benefits description). - Pay (salary ranges). - Schedule? Not given besides travel 10% and onsite. No explicit schedule. So we should not create Schedule section unless posting states it. It doesn't, so omit. - Also maybe include "Clearance" as part of About the role or Requirements. Could be a separate section but not in list of allowed headings; we can use About the role. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual content. We need to preserve all substantive info; not invent or summarize away detail. Must not omit details like relocation assistance, clearance type, travel percent, onsite requirement, etc. We must not repeat duplicated lines (the company intro appears twice). We'll include once. We must not include application instructions, EEO, etc. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's craft. Structure:

About the role

Northrop Grumman Space Systems (NGSP) is seeking an experienced Systems Engineer - Level 2 or Level 3 to support a program out of our Dulles, VA or Fairfax, VA offices. The position is onsite only (no remote or hybrid work) and involves approximately 10% travel. Relocation assistance may be available. An active U.S. Government DoD Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) security clearance is required at the time of application, with the ability to obtain a Counter-Intelligence (CI) polygraph. U.S. citizenship is required for this cleared position.

That covers location, onsite, travel, relocation, clearance, citizenship. Now Responsibilities:

Responsibilities

  • Perform system integration, verification, and validation for total systems across concept, design, test, installation, operation, and maintenance phases.
  • Ensure logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical and schedule constraints.
  • Maintain and update operations procedures, incorporating lessons learned from real‑time performance; develop new procedures as required.
  • Interface with program and customer personnel as required.
  • Decompose and allocate requirements to different levels of the system architecture (hardware, firmware, software) and functional engineering groups.
  • Develop and release Systems Engineering Artifacts, including specifications, technical document architectures, concept of operations, algorithm and architecture design documents, interconnect diagrams, interface control documents, test plans, test procedures, test reports, system analysis plans, system inspection plans, configured items lists, deployment plans and procedures.
  • Collaborate with multiple functional engineering groups to synthesize requirements, capability statements, and new technology integration, and translate high‑level design into low‑level, implementable design.
  • Participate and support engineering development, production, and deployment milestones, both internally and externally.
  • Review and provide feedback on engineering drawings and documentation.
  • Document and voice process improvements and new technologies for consideration.
Now Requirements/Qualifications. We have Basic Qualifications Level 2 and Level 3. Could combine into a Qualifications section with subheadings? But we only allowed headings from list; we could use

Qualifications

and then within that we can have

or

with details. We must not invent headings like Level 2 etc as

because not in allowed list? The instruction: "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It says e.g., implying those are examples but we should stick to those. It doesn't forbid other headings but says use

for section headings (e.g. ...). Safer to stick to those headings. So we can have Qualifications section and inside we can note Level 2 and Level 3 as bullet points or paragraphs. Similarly Skills for Preferred Qualifications. Benefits section. Pay section. We must not include Schedule. Let's craft Qualifications:

    Qualifications

    Level 2:

    • Active U.S. Government DoD Top Secret/SCI security clearance at time of application, with ability to obtain a Counter‑Intelligence (CI) polygraph.
    • BS degree in a STEM field with 2 years of systems engineering experience, or a Master’s degree in STEM with 0 years experience.
    • Previous work as a systems engineer, system integrator, or software engineer.
    • Experience with requirements engineering or Model‑Based Systems Engineering (MBSE).
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

    Level 3:

    • Active U.S. Government DoD Top Secret/SCI security clearance at time of application, with ability to obtain a Counter‑Intelligence (CI) polygraph.
    • BS degree in a STEM field with 5 years of systems engineering experience, or a Master’s degree in STEM with 3 years of relevant experience.
    • Previous work as a systems engineer, system integrator, or software engineer.
    • Experience with requirements engineering or MBSE.
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
But note we already mentioned clearance in About the role; repeating is okay but we must preserve all substantive info; duplication is allowed? The instruction: "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." Duplicated lines refers to duplicated lines in the posting; we should not repeat identical sentences. However, repeating clearance info in both About and Qualifications might be considered duplication. But we need to preserve all substantive info; we could keep clearance only in Qualifications and mention in About that clearance required? The About section already mentioned clearance required. If we repeat, it's duplication. Better to not repeat. So we can keep clearance info in About the role and not repeat in Qualifications. However Qualifications still need to list the clearance requirement as part of basic qualifications; but we can note that the clearance requirement is already stated and maybe not repeat. But we need to preserve all substantive info; if we omit it from Qualifications, we lose that detail in that section but it's still present elsewhere. The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; does not require each piece to be in a specific section; as long as it's present somewhere. So we can keep clearance in About and not repeat. Thus Qualifications will list degree/experience etc without repeating clearance. Similarly for Level 3. Now Skills (Preferred Qualifications):

    Skills

    • Experience using Jira/Confluence for tasking and work‑item collaboration.
    • Experience using DOORS and/or Cameo for requirements management.
    • Experience creating interface description documents.
    Now Benefits:

    Benefits

    • Health insurance coverage.
    • Life and disability insurance.
    • Savings plan (e.g., 401(k)).
    • Company‑paid holidays.
    • Paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
    • Eligibility for overtime, shift differential, and discretionary bonuses.
    • Annual bonuses tied to individual performance and company results.
    • Long‑term incentives for Vice President or Director level positions.
    Now Pay:

    Pay

    Primary Level Salary Range: $91,800.00 – $137,600.00.

    Secondary Level Salary Range: $114,000.00 – $171,000.00.

Actual base salary offers consider scope and responsibilities, candidate experience, education, skills, and market conditions. Depending on the role, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and discretionary bonuses in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses reward individual contributions and allow sharing in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for long‑term incentives.

We might combine the salary description with the ranges. Now we also have info about application period (20 days). Should we include? It's substantive. Where to put? Could be in About the role or a separate section like "Application Timeline". Not in allowed headings but we could put in About the role as extra sentence. However we must not create new headings not in list. So we can add to About the role paragraph. Also note: "This requisition may be filled as either a Level 2 or Level 3." and "This position may be filled at a higher job grade based on the qualifications listed below." That's substantive. Could add to About the role or Qualifications. Let's incorporate into About the role: mention that the role may be filled as Level 2 or Level 3, and may be filled at a higher job grade based on qualifications. Also mention that the position is onsite only. Now we need to ensure we didn
