They ensure servicing meets regulatory requirements, SCA policy and procedures and IOSA Standards. Secondary responsibilities include providing training for Fueling, Ground Handling, Deicing, Passenger Service, Hazardous Materials, Exit Row Seating, Sabre functions, Part 382, Security, GSC and regular station procedures.
