About the role
The Ground Communications Specialist is responsible for maintaining effective communication between ground-based operations and air traffic control.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and relay critical communications in real-time
- Ensure all communications are accurate and timely
- Handle emergencies and provide immediate support as needed
- Follow established protocols and procedures for communication
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or communications role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Basic knowledge of aviation terminology and regulations
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with communication systems and equipment
- Valid driver’s license
