Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and assistance, answering customer questions.
• Efficiently and strategically stock dry grocery, refrigerated, frozen goods, and produce to maximize sales and improve visual experience.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of all products, monitoring backstock and product movement.
• Ensure all products have proper signage with correct price, farmer or maker, and farming practice information.
• Maintain and improve backstock and storage organization and cleanliness.
• Follow display guidelines to create and maintain displays, ensuring fullness; break down and replace displays as assigned.

Requirements

Age/Availability

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be available to report for work on time; weekend availability required.

• Conduct oneself in an honest, professional, and respectful manner at all times.
• Love of people, strong interpersonal skills, and a desire for excellent customer service.
• Able to take direction, work independently or as part of a team, and build working relationships.
• Highly motivated, hardworking, and possess a positive, enthusiastic attitude.
• Attention to detail, organized, and able to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
