CROSSMARK is a part of Acosta Group—a collective of the industry’s most trusted retail, marketing, and foodservice agencies reimagining how people connect with brands throughout the shopping journey. Acosta Group is an equal opportunity employer and will ensure that applicants with disabilities are provided with reasonable accommodations. If reasonable accommodation is needed, please contact AskHR@acosta.com. Be sure to include "Applicant Accommodation" in the subject of your email to expedite the request. Acosta Group believes in good faith that the minimum and maximum annual salary or hourly compensation range for this opportunity is accurate and reasonable at the time of posting. By applying, you agree to our Privacy Policy (https://www.acosta.group/privacy-policy) and Terms and Conditions of Use (https://www.acosta.group/terms-and-conditions-of-use).
We need to remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So we should remove the Acosta Group EEO paragraph, accommodation request, privacy policy, terms, etc. Also remove "Acosta Group believes in good faith..." etc. Also remove "Acosta Group is an equal opportunity employer..." etc. Also remove "By applying, you agree to our Privacy Policy..." etc.
Also remove duplicated lines? Not many duplicates.
We need to preserve all substantive information: company, location, pay rate, function, employment duration, description, why join, what you'll do, what we're looking for, plus maybe about the company (the paragraph about CROSSMARK). Also maybe "Why Join CROSSMARK?" includes benefits: competitive weekly pay, paid training, weekly paychecks, direct deposit, paid drive time, mileage reimbursement, health/vision/dental/short-term disability/life insurance/401(k), employee referral bonus. That's benefits.
Pay: we have pay rate $18.00, range min/max both $18.00. So we can include Pay section with that info.
Schedule: we have Employment Duration: Part-time, Workdays vary by location. Most are Monday-Friday. Some require weekend availability. That's schedule info.
We also have Requirements: Must be 18+, comfortable using/downloading apps, lift 25lbs regularly occasional 50lbs, reliable transportation, ability to travel multiple stores per day, work independently, bilingual Spanish/English a plus.
Qualifications: maybe similar to requirements. Could combine.
We need to use headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
We should decide which sections have content.
About the role: could be the description paragraph: "CROSSMARK is seeking an energetic, reliable individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. As part of our family, you'll support our reputable, well-known client. We will get you up to speed quickly with our online training and learning materials. The primary focus of the position is high-volume stocking." plus maybe the company description paragraph about CROSSMARK (the longer paragraph). That could be About the role or maybe a separate "About the company". But we only have allowed headings; we could put company description under About the role or maybe under About the role we include both.
Responsibilities: the "What You'll Do:" list.
Requirements: maybe the list of must-haves (age, transportation, lift, etc.) plus maybe "Must be comfortable using and downloading applications to a smart device." etc.
Qualifications: maybe bilingual plus? Or we could treat qualifications as the same as requirements; but we need to avoid thin sections. Perhaps combine Requirements and Qualifications into one? But we need to follow instruction: use headings only when posting has real specific content. We could have Requirements and Qualifications both if we can split content meaningfully. For example, Requirements: mandatory criteria (age, transportation, lift, etc.). Qualifications: preferred/bilingual plus, maybe experience? Not much else. Could also include "Ability to work independently with integrity and professionalism." as requirement.
Skills: maybe "comfortable using and downloading applications to a smart device", "ability to work independently", "bilingual Spanish/English is a plus". Could be skills.
But we need to avoid filler. Let's think: we have a decent amount of content for Responsibilities (list). For Requirements we have several bullet points. For Skills we could list: "Ability to use smart device apps", "Ability to work independently with integrity and professionalism", "Bilingual Spanish/English (preferred)". For Qualifications maybe we could list "Must be 18 years of age or older", "Must have reliable transportation", "Physical ability to regularly lift 25lbs and occasionally up to 50lbs". But that seems overlapping.
Better to follow typical structure: About the role (description), Responsibilities (What You'll Do), Requirements (mandatory), Qualifications (preferred), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Skills maybe not needed if we have Qualifications.
But we need to use headings only when posting has real specific content. We have content for About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications (bilingual plus), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. That's 7 sections.
We must not include headings with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have none.
Now we need to format: About the role
then
...
maybe multiple paragraphs. For lists: use- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits.
Thus:
- About the role: combine the initial description and maybe the company description paragraph (the longer one about CROSSMARK). That is substantive.
- Responsibilities: list of duties from "What You'll Do:".
- Requirements: list of mandatory criteria: Must be 18+, Must be comfortable using/downloading apps to smart device, Physical ability to regularly lift 25lbs and occasionally up to 50lbs, Must have reliable transportation and ability to travel to multiple stores per day, Ability to work independently with integrity and professionalism. (Also maybe "Workdays vary by location..." is schedule, not requirement.)
- Qualifications: Bilingual in both Spanish and English is a plus! (maybe also "Experience/skills and/or location may influence position wage rate" but that's pay influence, not qualification). Could also include "Experience in merchandising"? Not given. So just bilingual.
- Benefits: list from "Why Join CROSSMARK?": Competitive weekly pay and paid training, Weekly paychecks and direct deposit option, Paid drive time and mileage reimbursement available (must meet eligibility), Health, vision, dental, short-term disability, life insurance, 401(k) and more available, Employee Referral Bonus.
We need to ensure we don't include "Must meet eligibility requirements." as part of benefits? It's a condition for drive time reimbursement; we can include as part of that bullet.
- Pay: Pay Rate: $18.00, Range Minimum: $18.00, Range Maximum: $18.00. Could phrase as "Pay rate: $18.00 per hour (range $18.00–$18.00)". Use
. - Schedule: Employment Duration: Part-time; Workdays vary by location. Most are Monday-Friday. Some require weekend availability. Could be a
. We must not include repeated lines like "Competitive weekly pay and paid training.Weekly paychecks and a direct deposit option." There's missing space; we need to keep as is but we can format nicely. Now we need to strip boilerplate: remove the Acosta Group EEO, accommodation request, privacy policy, terms, also the sentence "Acosta Group believes in good faith that the minimum and maximum annual salary or hourly compensation range for this opportunity is accurate and reasonable at the time of posting." Also remove "By applying, you agree to our Privacy Policy..." etc. Also remove "At CROSSMARK , we keep things simple: we help consumer brands succeed in retail..." That's part of About the role; we keep it. Now produce HTML fragment. Let's craft:
