Grocery Stocker - Full Time

About the Role

Provides overnight support by receiving, preparing, and stocking products to maintain store standards. Ensures a positive shopping experience through courteous service, adherence to safety and health regulations, and supporting store programs and initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Checks product quality, sorts waste, and stocks shelves
• Manages back stock and handles invoices
• Assists in receiving deliveries
• Maintains cleanliness and follows safety procedures
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties
• Provides excellent customer service
• Ensures proper signage and pricing

Requirements

• Ability to learn product knowledge and examine quality
• Perform basic math and communicate effectively
• Demonstrates a strong work ethic and teamwork
• Passion for natural foods
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment
• Able to lift 50 pounds
• Stand or walk for extended periods
• Work in various temperatures and conditions (wet and dry environments)
• May require use of tools, ladders, and heavy machinery
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
