Full Time Grocery Stocker

About the role

Provides overnight support in a retail environment, focusing on receiving, preparing, and stocking products to maintain store standards. Ensures a positive shopping experience by delivering courteous and efficient service to customers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Checking product quality and accuracy.
• Stocking shelves, bins, and back stock areas.
• Handling deliveries, invoices, and inventory management.
• Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.
• Assisting with receiving and sorting overnight deliveries.
• Providing excellent customer service and addressing customer needs.
• Performing opening, mid, and closing duties with attention to signage and pricing.
• Following health, safety, and operational procedures.
• Reporting hazards and supporting store initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

• Ability to learn product knowledge and assess quality.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong work ethic, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Comfort working in varying temperatures and conditions.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

No prior retail experience required.

Pay

Compensation ranges from $21.00 to $29.73 hourly.
