Grocery Specialist - Eataly Flatiron

The Grocery Specialist serves as the liaison between the Stock team members and Grocery/House Grocery/Houseware Management, reporting to the Dry Market Manager and Grocery Leads.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Grocery Management to assess and support Grocery and Housewares inventory needs.
• Assist with placing orders for dry market products and help maintain an organized and efficient stockroom for Grocery and Housewares items.
• Ensure all promotional displays and the sales floor have proper signage and tags.
• Assist in executing and coordinating all monthly promotional merchandising updates throughout the store.
• Assist with conducting monthly inventory for Grocery and Housewares departments.
• Collaborate with the communications department to ensure displays have proper signage.
• Record and email daily shift notes.
• Perform other duties as required or assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6+ months of experience in a grocery or retail stock position.
• Demonstrated ability to understand and implement written and verbal instructions.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including opening, closing, and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours, including standing, walking, bending, and squatting.

Pay

The base pay for this position is $18–$20 per hour.
