Grocery Produce Department Manager

Role: Produce Manager responsible for leading the fresh produce department in a dynamic retail setting. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations, ensuring freshness, quality, and appealing presentation of fruits and vegetables.Manage ordering, forecasting, inventory, and shrink control to optimize stock levels and reduce waste.Merchandise seasonal and organic produce to enhance sales and customer experience.Maintain food safety and sanitation standards in compliance with regulations.Train, schedule, and coach team members to foster a collaborative and guest-focused environment.Support a culture of hospitality and teamwork to deliver exceptional guest service.Drive sales through engaging displays and superior customer interactions.
