Responsibilities
- Cultivate a professional demeanor, maintaining a positive attitude and representing the company positively.
- Handle customer inquiries and requests courteously and assistively.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.
- Adhere to shrink guidelines.
- Unload trucks (Dairy, Frozen, Grocery, etc.), removing merchandise and sorting it into appropriate areas.
- Load merchandise onto carts for placement on designated shelves.
- Read and understand shelf and merchandise labels.
- Attach price labels manually to each item.
- Stock merchandise from the back room onto sales floor shelves and build special sales displays.
- Operate a manual pallet-jack, powered pallet stacker, or straddle stacker (if over 18 years old).
