Responsibilities

• Cultivate a professional demeanor, maintaining a positive attitude and representing the company positively.
• Handle customer inquiries and requests courteously and assistively.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.
• Adhere to shrink guidelines and ensure accurate pricing.
• Unload and sort merchandise from pallets into appropriate areas of the store.
• Load merchandise onto carts for proper display.
• Read and understand shelf and merchandise labels.
• Attach price labels manually to items.
• Stock merchandise on sales floor shelves and build special displays.
• Operate manual and powered pallet jacks, straddle stackers (for those over 18).
