Responsibilities
- Cultivate a professional demeanor, maintaining a positive attitude and representing the company positively.
- Respond courteously and helpfully to customer inquiries and requests.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.
- Understand and adhere to shrink guidelines.
- Unload trucks (Dairy, Frozen, Grocery, etc.), removing merchandise from pallets and sorting into appropriate groups.
- Load merchandise onto carts for placement on designated shelves, either in the back room or on the sales floor.
- Read and attach price labels to items.
- Stock merchandise on sales floor shelves and build special sales displays.
- Operate a manual pallet-jack, powered pallet stacker, or straddle stacker (if over 18 years old).
