Responsibilities

  • Cultivate a professional and positive attitude towards both customers and colleagues.
  • Communicate effectively and courteously with customers and colleagues.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures.
  • Adhere to shrink guidelines and other inventory management practices.
  • Unload and sort merchandise from delivery vehicles into appropriate storage areas.
  • Load merchandise onto carts and place it on designated shelves.
  • Read and understand shelf and merchandise labels.
  • Attach price labels to items as needed.
  • Stock shelves and build special sales displays.
  • Operate various types of lifting equipment as required.

Qualifications

  • Desired previous experience in a similar retail or customer service role.
