Responsibilities

  • Cultivate a professional and positive demeanor, reflecting positively on the company.
  • Engage courteously and assist customers and colleagues with their inquiries and requests.
  • Comply with all company policies and operational procedures.
  • Adhere to shrink guidelines and ensure accurate inventory management.
  • Unload and sort merchandise from delivery trucks into appropriate storage areas.
  • Load merchandise onto carts and place it on designated shelves.
  • Read and understand shelf codes and merchandise labels.
  • Attach price labels to items and prepare for stock placement.
  • Stock shelves and set up special sales displays.
  • Operate manual and powered equipment such as pallet-jacks and stackers.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
