GROCERY/MARKDOWN COORDINATOR

Desired Retail experienceSecond language (speaking, reading, and/or writing)Adhere to all local, state, and federal laws, safety and food safety regulations, and company guidelinesPromote trust and respect among associatesWork any shift as needed, including early mornings; demonstrate dependabilityPerform daily code checks, product rotation, and process price reductions for both fresh and non-perishable departments. Utilize the Zebra (TC-52) and markdown equipmentCoach/train responsibilities to back-up coordinatorDisplay a positive attitude and sense of urgencyUnderstand company code dating, rotation, and markdown policiesDemonstrate excellent communication skills, providing feedback to the back-up coordinator, department leaders, and store leadershipReinforce safety programs by complying with safety procedures and identify unsafe conditions and notify store managementReport all safety risks, customer or associate accidents, and illegal activity, including robbery, theft, or fraudMust be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation
