Responsibilities

• Assist in managing store operations, including inventory management, stock rotation, and order fulfillment.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Participate in store events and promotions to drive sales and engage customers.
• Support the team in maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in retail or related field preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with others.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of POS systems.
• Basic understanding of store layout and merchandise organization.
