About the Role

As a Grocery Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional customer experience through outstanding service, maintaining a safe and clean environment, and supervising all departmental functions.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to food safety regulations
• Manage inventory and stock levels
• Train associates on inventory and computer ordering
• Plan and execute pricing and promotional activities
• Monitor departmental expenses
• Develop sales strategies
• Supervise and coach staff
• Conduct performance reviews
• Promote teamwork
• Ensure compliance with legal and company guidelines
• Handle customer and employee safety issues
• Support store financial goals

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED
• Management experience; grocery retail experience preferred
• Ability to work in a high-paced environment
• Skill in managing conflict and acting with integrity
• Capability to support diverse customer needs
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without accommodations
