Grocery Clerk I (Part-Time)

About the role

Festival Foods is a Wisconsin grocer dedicated to community service and guest satisfaction. We operate over 40 full-service supermarkets across Wisconsin. This role is for a Grocery Clerk I who reports to the Center Store Manager.

Requirements

• A helpful attitude and commitment to excellent guest service
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Awareness of safety requirements and policies
• Ability to operate equipment like power jacks, forklifts, etc. (training provided)
• Physical Demands: Stand for long periods, work in a cooler, bend, stoop, kneel, lift up to 40 pounds occasionally

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a retail setting preferred
• Knowledge of safety regulations and proper lifting techniques

Skills

• Excellent customer service skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, etc.)

Pay

$12.00 - $14.00 per hour, depending on experience

Schedule

This is a part-time position with varying shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays in a retail grocery store environment.
