About the role
Festival Foods is a Wisconsin grocer dedicated to community service and guest satisfaction. We operate over 40 full-service supermarkets across Wisconsin. This role involves stocking shelves to ensure guests can shop easily and enjoyably.
Responsibilities
- Provide helpful service to guests through friendly greetings, answering questions, and addressing concerns professionally.
- Stock and display products to keep shelves stocked, products fresh, and the store organized.
- Offer assistance to guests, helping them locate products on and off the sales floor, and provide product suggestions.
- Unload deliveries, organize stock, and maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Collaborate with the Grocery Department Manager and other associates to meet department goals.
- Clean and maintain the department to ensure a tidy and well-maintained space.
- Solve problems with care and professionalism, ensuring shelves are fully stocked by designated times.
- Maintain commitments and regular attendance.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A helpful attitude and a commitment to excellent guest service.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills to work effectively with others.
- Awareness of safety requirements and policies, including proper lifting techniques and box cutter safety.
- The ability to operate equipment such as power jacks, fork lift, walk-behind lifts, balers, and compactors (training provided).
- Physical demands and work environment described above.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand for long periods.
- Bend, stoop, and kneel regularly.
- Lift up to 40 pounds occasionally.

Schedule
