Join our Fiesta Mart Store Operations Team as a Grocery Clerk - 001 Houston-Quitman (ages 16-17)! Store Location: 1020 Quitman St., Houston, Texas, 77009.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, courteous, and helpful service to customers.
• Clean display cases and shelves.
• Clean self serve displays.
• Affordability: Must be able to work a variety of hours including nights and weekends.
• Physical Requirements: Must be able to perform heavy lifting, bending, and stooping for long periods of time.

Requirements

• Ability to read and write Spanish/English.
• Ability to interact with general public and co-workers.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, product pricing codes, shelf tags, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
• Basic PC/Outlook skills.
• Retail Management Certificate (preferred).

Qualifications

Must be at least 16 years old and able to work a variety of hours including nights and weekends.
