• Fill and rotate cases and displays (may include lifting up to 50 lbs)
• Assist with receiving products and merchandising to keep shelves full
• Help maintain a clean and sanitary store
• Work with the team on all tasks necessary to support the department
• Be part of a dedicated team that enjoys their job, arrives promptly for shifts, and works as scheduled

Requirements

• Friendly and outgoing with a focus on customer service
• Experience working in a grocery position preferred
• Knowledge of stocking, load cutting, and displaying cases
• Motivated to grow their career and continue learning

Physical demands

• Frequent lifting/carrying over 50 lbs, pushing/pulling up to 2000 lbs
• Frequent walking, reaching, standing, stooping/bending, squatting, kneeling, repetitive motion
• Equipment operation: forklift, pallet jack, carts, box cutter, compactor, baler, scanner, register, scale, check approval machine, coupon machine, paging system
• Extended exposure to cold temperatures and wet surfaces
• Occasional climbing ladders, mental math/calculation

Frequent: 15% of the work shift or at least ten repetitions per work shift
Occasional: Less than 15% of the work shift or fewer than 10 repetitions per work shift

Pay

Progressive scale from $15.00 - $18.00 per hour, based on experience

Schedule

Sunday – Saturday, varied hours
