Grocery Associate FT

Responsibilities

• Serves as a liaison between customers and management.
• Maintains a high standard of cleanliness and organization in the department.
• Ensures compliance with all company policies and regulations regarding food safety and USDA/COOL requirements.
• Participates in regular safety meetings and reports any safety concerns or incidents.
• Assists in managing inventory levels and reporting discrepancies.
• Executes product recalls and ensures compliance with wage and hour policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a retail or customer service environment preferred but not required.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish preferred.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours and occasional overtime.
