Grocery Associate FT

Responsibilities

• Serves as a liaison between customers and management to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintains a high standard of cleanliness and organization throughout the department.
• Monitors inventory levels and reports discrepancies to management.
• Ensures all products are stored at the correct temperature and maintains proper documentation.
• Participates in safety meetings and reports any safety concerns or incidents.
• Enforces company safety policies and conducts hazard assessments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a retail or customer service environment preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish preferred.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures.
• Ability to work flexible hours and varying shifts.
