About the role

As a Grinder Operator, you'll play a key part in producing high-quality parts efficiently and effectively. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include operating grinders, inspecting completed parts, and collaborating with supervisors to troubleshoot and maintain equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate grinders to fabricate precision parts with care and accuracy.
• Inspect completed parts for defects to ensure they meet the highest standards.
• Collaborate with supervisors and senior operators to troubleshoot and maintain equipment.

Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year of machining or grinding experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong mechanical skills and an eye for detail.
