About the role

The work is on-site (5 days). This is a safety-sensitive role that may require additional drug screening.

Responsibilities

  • Load, unload, inspect, clean, and pre-treat parts and assemblies in the paint area.
  • Grind frames to print in the grinding room.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Forklift certification, if necessary.
  • Must be able to pass respiratory physical.
  • Introductory level: primary focus is learning the process.
  • Successful completion of introductory period (6 months).
  • Understands, accepts, and supports vision and key business goals.
  • Supports and demonstrates a well-organized, safe, and clean workplace.
  • Basic understanding, support, and commitment to the team and continuous improvement.
  • Resolves problems at the lowest level possible.
  • Identifies possible solutions when communicating problems.
  • Follows rules of conduct at all times.
  • Ability to learn, understand, and adhere to standard work.
  • Understands the importance of safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
  • Responsive to internal and external customer needs.

Pay

Hourly base pay range: $17.55 - $20.53. The actual compensation will depend on factors such as seniority, merit, geographic location, education, experience, travel requirements, and union designation.
