ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain concentration while performing tasks over period of time.
• Coordinate actions in relation to others’ actions.
• Documented good safety and attendance record.
• Demonstrated commitment to the GMP’s.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and co-workers.
• Read, write and communicate in English.
• Add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.
• Solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables.
• Apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions.
• Use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, full range of body motion to include lifting, twisting, bending reaching outward, pushing, pulling, bending and stooping.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Stand on concrete surfaces, and can be exposed to indoor manufacturing environment with exposure to noise from equipment.
• Climb stairs.
• Work in a refrigerated environment of 35 to 45 degrees F.
• Dealing with stress is essential.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Will train as necessary allowing ninety (90) days to reach and maintain minimum daily production standards.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to speak effectively and communicate with others. Applies broad knowledge of products when speaking with others.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables.
