Grill Hosts & Bussers

Job Summary

We are hiring for Front-of-House support positions at the Bear Tooth Grill. We are looking for hosts and bussers who are committed to providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming environment for our guests. The ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and be team players. Previous experience in a restaurant setting is preferred but not required. Requirements

• Part-time and full-time positions available
• Weekend availability is required

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older with a Municipality of Anchorage Food Worker Card
• Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not required
• On-the-job tools and training provided

Skills, Abilities & Work Conditions

• Stand and walk for the duration of the shift with minimal breaks
• Work in noisy, fast-paced environments with distracting conditions
• Lift and carry 30+ lbs
• Communicate professionally and effectively under pressure and in high-stress environments
• Organization and prioritization skills
• Have good manual dexterity, coordination, and stamina
• Bend, move quickly around the restaurant, and stop and wipe frequently
• Self-motivation and the ability to manage time and accomplish tasks with accuracy and efficiency
