GRILL COOK (FULL TIME)

About the role

CulinArt Sector is hiring immediate full-time GRILL COOK positions at the Rosenbloom Hillel Center in College Park, MD. Online applications are accepted only. The schedule is full-time with varying hours based on business needs. An internal employee referral bonus is available.

Responsibilities

• Takes orders from customers and prepares items requiring short preparation.
• Serves customers at multiple stations, completing orders from steam tables.
• Maintains efficient and friendly service, ensuring food is at the correct temperature and appealing.
• Tastes all prepared food items and follows established ticket-collection procedures. Cleans, sanitizes, and maintains all assigned work areas, equipment, and utensils to meet sanitation standards.
• Resolves customer concerns and reports relevant information and concerns to supervisors.
• Attends in-service and safety meetings.
• Maintains good working relationships with coworkers, customers, administrators, and managers.
• Performs job safely while maintaining a clean, safe work environment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous 1 year of grill cooking experience required.

Pay

Fixed Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour.
