Grill Cook

About the role

The schedule for this position is 6:00AM to 2:15PM Monday through Friday. The pay rate is up to $20 / hour, depending on exprience. This position is at a large corporate dining facility.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all grill items to order according to the daily menu.
• Set up, break down and clean the grill station.
• Prepare service line for operation as instructed by Executive Chef and/or Management.
• Check quality of food items, making sure they meet standards of taste, appearance and correct temperature.
• Report any substandard quality to the Executive Chef and/or Management.
• Interact with our guests in a friendly, professional manner. Use Smile Plus Hospitality Imperatives.

Qualifications

• Standing and/or walking - 100% of time.
• Frequently lifting up to 20 lbs.
• Occasionally lifting up to 40 lbs.
