Grill Cook

About the role

As a Grill Cook at Parkhurst Dining, you'll be part of a legacy and exciting growth within the Eat'n Park Hospitality Group. Your responsibilities include preparing all grill items to order according to the daily menu, setting up and breaking down the grill station, preparing the service line, checking food quality, and interacting with guests professionally.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all grill items to order according to the daily menu.
• Set up, break down and clean the grill station.
• Prepare service line for operation as instructed by Executive Chef and/or Management.
• Check quality of food items, ensuring they meet standards of taste, appearance, and correct temperature.
• Report any substandard quality to the Executive Chef and/or Management.
• Interact with guests in a friendly, professional manner using Smile Plus Hospitality Imperatives.

Requirements

• Standing and/or walking - 100% of time.
• Frequently lifting up to 20 lbs.
• Occasionally lifting up to 40 lbs.
