Grill Cook

A DAY IN THE LIFE

• Cooking and preparing meats for customers
• Maintaining a clean and organized grill area
• Properly storing and labeling food items
• Monitoring food inventory and notifying management when supplies are low
• Cooking food to the appropriate temperature and serving it promptly
• Fulfilling food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Assisting with cleaning and maintenance tasks in the kitchen

What You’ll Need

• At least 16 years old
• Authorized to work in the US
• Valid driver's license (preferred)
• Restaurant experience (preferred)

WORKING CONDITIONS

• See, hear, and speak (verbally and audibly)
• Ascend and descend stairs
• Sit and stand for extended periods of time
• Lift up to 30 pounds
• Bend, stoop, and kneel
• Work outside in various weather conditions
• Work on a computer for extended periods of time
• Drive or travel by car, air, or other transportation for business purposes
• Function effectively in a fast-paced working environment
• Report to work responsive, free from sedatives, and in a non-sedative state
• Disclose prescribed and/or over-the-counter pharmaceuticals that may impair or affect job performance
• Handle natural and regular stressors
