A DAY IN THE LIFE
- Cooking and preparing meats
- Maintaining a clean and organized grill area
- Keeping food supply fresh and ready for customers
- Monitoring food inventory and notifying management when supplies are low
- Cooking food to the appropriate temperature and serving promptly
- Fulfilling food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assisting with cleaning and maintenance tasks in the kitchen
What You’ll Need
- At least 16 years old
- Authorized to work in the US
- Valid driver's license (restaurant experience preferred)
WORKING CONDITIONS
- See, hear, and speak (verbally and audibly)
- Ascend and descend stairs
- Sit and stand for extended periods of time
- Lift up to 30 pounds
- Bend, stoop, and kneel
- Work outside in various weather conditions
- Work on a computer for extended periods of time
- Drive or travel by car, air, or other transportation for business purposes
- Function effectively in a fast-paced working environment
- Report to work responsive, free from sedatives, and in a non-sedative state
- Disclose prescribed and/or over-the-counter pharmaceuticals affecting job performance
- Experience natural and regular stressors on the job
