About the role

Kneaders Bakery & Cafe is seeking a full-time Night Grill Cook who is passionate about food quality, customer service, and community. In this role, you will work within a dynamic team to prepare a unique menu selection, including scratch-baked bread and pastries, soups, salads, and sandwiches made with honest, whole ingredients.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meal items accurately per specification with a "can-do" attitude
• Work quickly and confidently in a fast-paced environment
• Multitask effectively, learn from mistakes, and proactively assist other departments
• Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal regulations for food handling and sanitation

Requirements

• 1+ years of kitchen or work experience (preferred but not required)
• Flexible schedule: shifts vary weekly based on customer traffic and time of year, starting as early as 7am and ending as late as 10pm, Monday through Saturday
• Must be at least 18 years of age
