What You Will Do

• Prepare and cook menu items according to restaurant recipes, portion standards, and plating specifications to ensure consistency and quality.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation while following all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Cookline with kitchen team members to ensure efficient ticket times and proper execution during service.
• Aid with station setup, food prep, and inventory rotation to ensure the kitchen is properly stocked and prepared for service.

What You Will Bring

• Minimum 1- year of high-volume Grill Cook experience
• Experience in upscale dining preferred
