Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred (experience may substitute)
- Prior grill cook or food handling experience preferred
- Ability to read and communicate effectively in English
- Basic knife skills and experience using kitchen equipment (grill, fryer, slicer, steam tables)
- Ability to follow recipes and detailed instructions
- Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Demonstrate flexibility in supporting department needs
