The role of Grief Services Clinical Facilitator involves providing support to individuals and families coping with grief. This includes facilitating group sessions, offering individual counseling, and coordinating with other healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Facilitating grief support groups and individual counseling sessions
• Collaborating with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care
• Maintaining client confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards
• Participating in staff meetings and training sessions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in grief counseling or related field
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
