About the role

The Production Team Member works as a part of a team performing multiple assembly duties for the construction of windows and doors. The operator’s assigned team and tasks will vary based on business necessity.

Responsibilities

• Moves to different lines and responsibilities
• Learns and performs repetitive job tasks
• Safely works with and around moving equipment
• Learns and rotates to three (3) or more different responsibilities and/or positions
• Operates equipment/tools requiring close control, adjustment, and following production orders
• Complies with safety, quality, and production requirements and procedures
• Maintains physical requirements of the job

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Passes pre-employment tests, as required
• Passes pre-work ability screen, as required
• Must be able to lift 40-80 lbs

• Able to safely work with and around moving equipment

Pay

$21.89-$22.10/hr. + $2.00 shift diff, with eligibility to receive other supplemental earnings such as over-time.

Schedule

Hours: M-Thu (8:00 pm-6:30 am) Ovt when needed on Fri (8:00 pm-4:30am)
