Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to procedural teams, primarily in German
  • Create and manage large investigation files with corresponding directories and documents in both physical and digital formats
  • Independently perform activity checks and monitor deadlines
  • Prepare and draft procedure-related correspondence and act as the first point of contact for inquiries from procedural parties, other offices, or third parties
  • Plan and prepare hearings, and take minutes
  • Prepare enforcement measures and assist in their implementation

Requirements

  • Commercial or equivalent professional training
  • Several years of professional experience, preferably within a public prosecutor's office, court, or law firm
  • Autonomous and efficient working method with a strong sense of quality
  • Solution-oriented, stress-resistant, and proactive personality with a strong team spirit
  • Good active knowledge of at least one additional official language

The Federal Prosecutor's Office (MPC) is the federal public prosecutor's office. Its mission is to combat offenses that endanger state security and to prosecute major international crimes in the areas of organized crime, terrorism financing, money laundering, corruption, and economic crime.
