GREETER EMERGENCY CARE CENTER (DAY SHIFT)

About the role

The ECC Greeter is responsible and accountable for a variety of supportive tasks. He/She provides assistance with patients and visitors under the direction of the Registered Nurse. The ECC Greeter demonstrates excellent customer service performance in that his/her attitude and actions are at all times consistent with the standards contained in the Vision, Mission and Values of Covenant HealthCare and the commitment to Extraordinary Care for Every Generation.

Responsibilities

• Models Covenant’s Mission, Vision and Values of keeping our commitment to Extraordinary Care for Every Generation.
• Reiterates the Covenant HealthCare Values- “We Care” (Working together, Excellence, Customer service, Accountability, Respect, and Enthusiasm).
• Has social contact with patients able to care for and treat them according to the guidelines as defined by Covenant HealthCare.
• Assists with the needs of the patients and visitor needs.
