Greeter/Cashier

About the role

California Hand Wash is a full-service hand car wash, featuring a conveyor driven tunnel hand wash, ceramic coating services and professional detail center. As a Guest Ambassador/Greeter, you will play a vital role in ensuring every customer receives a warm welcome, creating a positive initial experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers as they arrive in the lobby with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Maintain a welcoming and friendly atmosphere, ensuring all guests feel valued and appreciated.
• Ensure the Food & Beverage center remains stocked and ready for customer convenience.
• Continuously monitor restrooms to ensure they are clean, sanitized, and ready after each use.
• Answer customer inquiries regarding services and memberships and direct them to the appropriate personnel as needed.
• Handle payment transactions accurately and efficiently, utilizing our point-of-sale system.
• Perform opening and closing duties, including cash register reconciliation and preparation and cleanup of food and beverage center.
• Assist with light cleaning duties as needed to maintain the cleanliness of the lobby and guest restrooms.

Qualifications

• Friendly and outgoing individual who enjoys providing excellent customer service.
• Basic computer skills for processing payments and using point-of-sale systems.
• Physical stamina to perform light cleaning tasks.
• Willingness to adhere to dress code and maintain a professional appearance.
