Greeter/Cafe Barista

Lexus of Naperville is seeking a professional, top-notch, and driven Greeter/Café Barista to join our team. If you believe in integrity and customer satisfaction, we’d love to speak with you. Schedule

• Four weekdays and Saturdays (required), with one weekday and Sunday off
• Open availability with flexible weekday scheduling

Pay

$16.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to the dealership with a warm and friendly attitude
• Provide excellent customer service and answer any questions or concerns
• Take orders and prepare a variety of coffee and other beverages in the café
• Maintain a clean and organized café and work area
• Assist with stocking and restocking café supplies
• Communicate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient flow of customers
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
• Provide additional support to other departments as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in customer service and/or food and beverage service is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and technologies
• Availability to work on weekends and holidays as needed
