The Role
Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Center is seeking a Greeter who is ready to be part of a high volume, fast-paced Entertainment Center!
Responsibilities
- Ensure guests are greeted and directed with an outgoing, positive attitude
- Ensure guests are leaving happy about their experience at Stars and Strikes
- Avoid weekend shifts if not available
- Assist guests with joining waitlists
- Excite guests for birthdays, first-time guests, and special occasions
- Aid in the completion of waivers (when necessary)
- Communicate current offers and specials to guests
- Enforce building rules
Qualifications
- Outgoing, personable, and FUN attitude
- Guest service experience is preferred
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Exceptional Guest Service: Personalized Interactions, Educating Guests, Communication
- Organizational Skills: Problem-Solver, Attention to Detail, Integrity, Able to manage multiple offerings
- Ensure an Excellent Guest Experience
- Meet & Exceed Guest Expectations
- Direct Guests coming to the Desired Attraction
- Communicate Current Offers/Specials
- Ensure Building Rules are Enforced
