Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in a timely and friendly manner.
• Prepare and present high-quality food and beverages according to BRU Burger Bar’s standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, including dining areas, kitchen, and workstations.
• Handle cash and process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations during shifts.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Assist in setting up and breaking down restaurant areas as needed.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a restaurant, hospitality, or customer service role is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.

• Sun - Thurs: 11:00 AM - 9:00 PM
• Fri - Sat: 11:00 AM - 10:00 PM
• Flexible shifts available, including part-time and full-time positions.
