Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in a friendly and professional manner.
• Prepare and present high-quality food and beverages according to BRU’s standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen, and workstations.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations during shifts.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
• Assist in setting up and breaking down for events or large parties as needed.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is a plus but not required—we provide training.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
